3. Property Search Look at listings that match your criteria. Use MLS and other resources to find properties that match your needs and schedule viewings.
4. Property Viewings Attend showings of selected properties. Arrange and accompany you to viewings, provide insights on each property, and answer any questions.
5. Making an Offer Decide on a property and submit an offer. Help draft and submit a competitive offer, advise on offer price and terms based on market analysis.
6. Negotiation Respond to counteroffers if any. Negotiate with the seller or seller’s agent to get the best possible terms and price.
7. Contract Signing Sign the purchase agreement once terms are agreed upon. Ensure all paperwork is correctly filled out, explain contract terms, and get all necessary signatures.
